1. Mission & Institutional Framework
Private Executive Education: Roxbourg Business School provides non-academic executive education designed as a specialized professional track following formal university degrees. It focuses on accelerating double-bottom-line ventures that balance financial viability with verified social or environmental impact.
Private Swiss Qualifications: Core programs - the Roxbourg Professional Master of Business Acceleration (xMBA) (300-day execution framework) and Roxbourg Professional Doctorate of Business Acceleration (xDBA) (600-day execution framework) - award private executive qualifications under Swiss civil contract law (Code of Obligations).
Flexible Specialization Choice: Candidates decide on their specialization domain tailored to their venture focus during board defense. Examples include xMBA in Applied AI, xMBA in International Business, xDBA in Venture Building, or xDBA in New Economy.
Regulatory Disclaimer: Roxbourg Business School operates outside state higher education accreditation (HEdA / HFKG). Qualifications are private professional certificates; they do not constitute state-recognized Swiss university degrees or grant ECTS transfer credits.
2. Method & Acceleration Architecture
The SwissMBA.Org System: Acceleration strictly follows the 27-point SwissMBA.Org, a proprietary methodology owned by Majamba Sàrl Switzerland, across three 100-day modular tracks: Launchpad Track, Acceleration Track, and Validation Track.
Team Scholarships: Lead fellows completing the Launchpad Track unlock merit-based partial MBA scholarships for up to 4 core team members to scale the same venture without additional tuition fees.
Execution & Rejuvenation Balance: The annual calendar balances 33 active session weeks with 19 strategic break weeks (~130 days off) aligned with global observances to maintain long-term founder well-being.
3. Governance & Quality Standards
The 80% Attendance Resilience Rule: Participants must maintain at least 80% live session attendance per 100-day track to remain eligible for scholarship maintenance and board validation.
Validation Requirements: Prior to board defense, candidates must establish a registered legal entity, operate a public website, show proof of closed anchor deals or revenue, and submit verified user impact metrics.
Peer-to-Peer Validation (PVB): Candidates defend live venture proof before the Professional Validation Board using a blind-evaluation protocol. Achieving 90%+ earns the Roxbourg Gold Medal.
4. Ethics, IP & Branding Protocols
Zero-Equity Model: Roxbourg Business School claims zero equity or ownership over candidate ventures. The SwissMBA.Org methodology and institutional assets remain the exclusive property of Roxbourg Business School / Majamba Sàrl, Switzerland.
Ecosystem Culture: Community participation adheres to a growth mindset, peer forgiveness, absolute focus, mutual respect, zero tolerance for harassment, and non-disclosure of peer IP.
Mandatory Title Protocol: Public biographies and professional listings must include the mandatory "Professional" or "Executive" prefix (e.g., Roxbourg Professional MBA, Class of 2026).
Note: Private certificates do not confer state-recognized academic titles or authorization to use restricted academic prefixes (such as "Dr." or "Ph.D.") in official public registers or regulated professions under Swiss law. Candidates can use titles that are reserved for professional doctorate programs (such as “ProfDoc" or "DProf”).
