1. Our Shared Roots: The Evolution (2016-2026)

Roxbourg Business School is the natural evolution of a decade-long venture acceleration journey rooted in social, gender, and environmental equity in Switzerland.

  • 2016 (The Origin & GoodFestival): The story started in 2015 with the official launch of GoodFestival in October 2016 at The Olympic Museum and CGN in Lausanne, Switzerland. Created to showcase innovators building a better world, GoodFestival established a global platform for sustainable innovation.

  • 2021 (Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship & the Roxbourg Venture Accelerator): In February 2021, the ecosystem operationally launched the Roxbourg Venture Accelerator (RVA) alongside the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE). Designed as a Professional Executive Education provider, RISE pioneered equity-free venture acceleration and private professional master's qualifications for purpose-driven founders.

  • 2026 (Roxbourg Business School): Today, in 2026, all execution-based venture building, professional qualification tracks, and peer validation systems are unified under Roxbourg Business School. Roxbourg Business School shares the exact same roots, values, and methodologies as GoodFestival, Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship, and Roxbourg Venture Accelerator.

2. The Swiss Venture Acceleration Model

Rooted in Switzerland's centuries-old guild and apprenticeship system, Roxbourg Business School replaces passive classroom lectures with live execution. Candidates apply the 27-point SwissMBA.Org system, a proprietary methodology owned by Majamba Sàrl Switzerland, across three 100-day modular tracks (Launchpad Track, Acceleration Track, and Validation Track) to systematically address core operational questions, securing anchor deals and driving sustainable double-bottom-line revenue.

3. Flexible Executive Qualifications

Roxbourg Business School awards private executive credentials under Swiss civil contract law (Code of Obligations). Candidates choose their specialization domain during their final board defense based on their live venture focus:

  • Roxbourg Professional Master of Business Acceleration (xMBA): 300-day execution framework. Examples: xMBA in Applied AI or xMBA in International Business.

  • Roxbourg Professional Doctorate of Business Acceleration (xDBA): 600-day advanced execution framework. Examples: xDBA in Venture Building or xDBA in New Economy.

4. Peer-to-Peer Professional Validation

Rather than relying on bureaucratic academic committees, candidate venture models are stress-tested and evaluated by an active Professional Validation Board (PVB) composed of practicing founders and social entrepreneurs. We evaluate verified revenue generation, operational viability, and user impact - culminating in live showcases on stage at GoodFestival in Switzerland.

5. Squads, Scholarships & Global Reach

  • Team Partial Scholarships: Lead fellows who complete the Launchpad Track unlock merit-based partial MBA scholarships for up to four core teammates to accelerate the same venture alongside them.

  • Zero-Equity Model: Founders maintain 100% ownership and equity in their ventures.

  • OneMillion Sparks Network: Connects validated fellows and alumni across 100+ countries to foster lifelong peer collaboration and scaling support.
